Job summary

Toyota Material Handling North America is seeking a Digital Operations Analyst II to bridge product strategy, business operations, and execution, helping deliver scalable digital products for dealers and customers.

You will work independently with limited supervision, travel up to 50% to dealer locations, and collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to align internal processes with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of digital operations, business strategy, or product enablement experience.
• Sales and marketing acumen.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategic initiatives to grow digital products and business.
• Coordinate operational reviews, initiative tracking, and go-to-market readiness.
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between product, operations, support, sales, and IT.
• Assess workflows to optimize internal operations for product delivery.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives to scale operations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and escalation flows.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Configure and optimize internal support systems (e.g., Zendesk).
