Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and supply chain execution for product innovation, LTOs, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop item-level forecasts using historical sales, product mix, promotions, growth, seasonality.
• Manage initiatives from planning through launch and end-of-program inventory disposition.
• Identify supply gaps and develop mitigation plans with internal/external partners.
• Create allocation recommendations across distribution centers and restaurants for promotions.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, SQL.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and translate findings into actions.
• Serve as supply chain partner on cross-functional project teams.
• Develop leadership-ready materials with concise data-driven storytelling.
• Improve forecasting/reporting processes via standardization and automation.
• Support ad hoc analyses and strategic requests.
