Job summary

Wonder is seeking an experienced Forecast Planner to own strategic, cross-functional initiatives in Supply Chain Planning. You will monitor planning systems, collaborate with tech and business teams, and drive improvements to in-stock, waste, and event performance.

You will analyze large data sets, refine forecast models, and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders. This role requires strong analytics, rapid problem-solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities in

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Demand Planning, and/or Vendor Management.
• 2+ years measuring forecast performance across multiple nodes of a supply chain.
• 2+ years cross-functional with tech and non-tech teams.
• 2+ years defining project requirements using data and metrics.
• Advanced SQL, Advanced Excel, and Looker proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred; strong math aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Build visibility into and monitor end-to-end planning systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex supply chain issues.
• Identify exogenous demand sources and adjust forecasting accordingly.
• Mitigate risks in constrained environments and escalate when needed.
• Run daily diagnostics on forecasting metrics and address breaches.
• Support buying teams with stable long-term plans for vendors.
