It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.

We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.

What We’ll Need

The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain PMO is a highly analytical and collaborative individual responsible for supporting demand planning and leading supply chain execution for product innovation, limited-time offers (LTOs), and other strategic initiatives. This role translates sales trends, promotional plans, and operational inputs into actionable forecasts and supply plans that support product availability while minimizing excess inventory and supply risk.

This is a dynamic role in a high-growth organization with significant cross-functional exposure to Marketing, Operations, Finance, Procurement, suppliers, distributors, and Brand Partners. The Senior Analyst will manage multiple initiatives from planning through execution, develop robust reporting solutions, and deliver insights that enable informed supply chain decisions.

  • Lead demand forecasting and supply chain execution for product innovation, LTOs, promotions, and other strategic initiatives
  • Develop item-level forecasts using historical sales, product mix, promotional assumptions, restaurant growth, seasonality, and comparable-product performance
  • Manage initiatives from initial planning through launch, in-market monitoring, and end-of-program inventory disposition
  • Identify potential supply gaps for promotions and limited time offers, excess inventory, obsolescence, and other execution risks; develop mitigation plans with internal and external partners
  • Create allocation and deployment recommendations across distribution centers and restaurants for all promotions and limited time offers
  • Build and maintain advanced reporting, forecasting tools, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other analytical resources
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, evaluate forecast accuracy, and translate findings into clear business actions
  • Serve as a key supply chain partner on cross-functional project teams supporting innovation, promotions, and company initiatives
  • Develop leadership-ready materials that communicate complex supply chain information through concise insights and data-driven storytelling
  • Improve forecasting, reporting, and project-management processes through greater standardization, automation, and data visibility
  • Support ad hoc supply chain analyses and strategic business requests as needed
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain, foodservice distribution, restaurant supply chain, or related operations.
  • Experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, project management, inventory management, or a related function
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience building scalable models and reporting tools
  • Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience analyzing large datasets
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Ability to anticipate risks, identify solutions, and drive issues to resolution
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external business partners
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Understanding of generative AI platforms and their practical applications in forecasting, analysis, reporting, and presentation development
Who You Are

No job is too small. You recognize that the real work happens in the restaurants, and everything we do should support their success. You stay humble, roll up your sleeves, and always look for ways to help. You learn from others and contribute wherever you can.

You care deeply about doing great work and driving results. You’re curious, ask questions, and seek out opportunities to improve. You don’t just point out problems—you bring solutions, ideas, and perspectives that move the team forward.

You take full responsibility for your work and see things through to completion. You aren’t afraid to fail because you know that failure is a part of learning and growth. You take action, move fast, and keep pushing forward.

You lead with empathy, respect, and emotional intelligence. You collaborate effectively, fostering a culture of trust and constructive feedback. You understand the importance of teamwork and ensure that your actions build others up rather than break them down.
