Job summary

Wonder, the mealtime platform, seeks an experienced Forecast Planner to own strategic and cross-functional initiatives that support growth. You will analyze data, manage forecasting, and coordinate actions to optimize in-stock, waste, and event performance.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, tech partners, and operations to improve planning systems, design network strategy, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Strong SQL/Excel/Looker skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Demand Planning, and/or Vendor Management.
• 2+ years of working with and measuring forecast performance across multiple nodes of a supply chain.
• 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 2+ years of experience defining project requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Proficiency in Advanced SQL, Advanced Excel, and BI tool (Looker) is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative field; high mathematical aptitude is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Build visibility into and monitor the health and performance of Wonder’s end-to-end planning systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify simple, customer-centric solutions for complex supply chain problems.
• Identify exogenous demand sources and adjust forecasting and planning accordingly.
• Mitigate supply chain risks in constrained environments and escalate issues properly.
• Run daily diagnostics on forecasting performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
