Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to deliver financial and business analysis to support strategic decisions.

The role partners with Operations, Marketing and FP&A, helping develop the annual plan and ongoing forecasts while tracking KPIs and driving performance improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and to present findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A
• Experience with planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong Excel and financial-modeling experience
• Experience with Power BI is a plus
• Restaurant or retail experience is a plus
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and business analysis to support decision-making
• Develop annual plan and ongoing forecasts
• Coordinate between Finance and Operations with KPIs
• Prepare monthly financial results and quarterly earnings materials
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
• Create data-visualization tools and compelling presentations
• Drive process improvements and ad hoc analyses
