Job summary

Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Distribution & Logistics to lead day-to-day execution of the distribution network.

You will partner with distribution providers, internal Supply Chain teams, Operations, and Finance to deliver reliable, cost-efficient product delivery to our restaurants. This strategic, hands-on procurement leader uses data, market intelligence, and supplier relationships to drive measurable results while centering the needs of Wingstop’s restaurants, Brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in distribution, logistics, or restaurant supply chains.
• Experience managing third-party distributors or logistics partners preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven actions.
• Ability to influence external partners and internal stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Distribution & Logistics professionals, with coaching and analytics.
• Oversee distributor governance, performance improvements, and issue resolution.
• Drive freight sourcing, lane analysis, carrier selection, and cost optimization.
• Evaluate landed costs and transportation economics for distribution centers.
• Plan capacity and execute new distribution centers to support growth.
• Resolve service issues and drive continuous improvement across the network.
• Develop insights from scorecards, inventory analysis, and network performance.
• Own inventory management framework across centers to ensure availability and control aging.
• Escalate and manage distribution-related restaurant and franchisee service issues.
