Job summary

S&P Global Ratings is seeking an experienced credit analyst to join the Structured Finance and Alternative Investment Funds team in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will lead end-to-end credit analysis, synthesize portfolio signals, and embed AI-enabled workflows with governance.

You will coach junior staff, drive workflow improvements, and partner with data and engineering colleagues to scale automation while maintaining human accountability.

Qualifications

• Direct experience analyzing securitized products, fund structures, or related structured finance instruments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned structured finance credits.
• Synthesize portfolio performance, market signals, and peer context into decision-ready insights.
• Embed and validate generative AI and large language model tools within analytic workflows with governance by design.
• Prepare and review analytic inputs, reconcile metrics, and document assumptions.
