Job summary

S&P Global Ratings seeks a Senior Analyst to lead independent credit analysis for a portfolio across media, telecom, and business services. You will synthesize financial and market data into clear rating opinions, embedding AI-enabled tools with governance to drive productivity and reliability.

Responsibilities include coaching, delivering high-quality analyses, and partnering with data/engineering for scaled AI solutions, all while engaging stakeholders and maintaining rigorous methodology.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate credit or financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts to build capability in credit analysis and data discipline.
• Codify standard work and promote disciplined adoption of shared analytical practices.
• Develop reusable AI assets and lightweight automations to free capacity for higher-value work.
• Partner with senior team members to design and scale AI/automation use cases with governance from outset.
• Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits with timely, high-quality analysis.
