Job summary

Safal Partners is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead project tracking infrastructure and support for a federal contract. The role requires managing multiple federal stakeholders, translating requirements into structured systems, and delivering high-quality written products under shifting priorities.

The candidate will design tracking systems, create SOPs, and coordinate environmental scans, market research, and client communications. Onsite work at DOL HQ in Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in federal program or federal consulting roles related to project tracking, stakeholder communication, strategic planning, or risk management.
• Experience managing federal stakeholders.
• Experience with workforce development and education policy, incl. familiarity with WIOA.
• Strong written and oral communication for senior federal audiences.
• Ability to manage evolving priorities and incorporate feedback quickly.
• Experience developing SOPs, databases, or training materials.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a standardized project tracking system for clients, including AI-assisted data pulls.
• Prepare progress reports for client leadership covering risks and dependencies.
• Conduct environmental scans of internal processes, identifying SOPs and materials.
• Build and maintain Core Functions Directory with SOPs and reference guides.
• Perform market research to inform project planning and policy development.
• Draft talking points, briefing materials, and fact sheets for events.
• Provide training and technical assistance to client staff.
• Support status reports and deliverables in plain-language formats.
