Job summary

PGIM Credit Operations in Newark, NJ is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide day‑to‑day operational support for the Securities Lending business. You will partner with traders, brokers, custodians, and internal Operations to ensure timely, accurate processing across cash-collateralized lending, including Corporate Bonds and U.S.

Treasury securities. The role requires 3–5 years in fixed income operations, strong controls, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in fixed income operations, middle office, trade support, settlements, collateral management, or securities lending operations; direct securities lending experience preferred.
• Understanding of fixed income products, trade lifecycle controls, settlement practices, collateralized lending activity, and exception management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders across front office, brokers, custodians, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily settlement of securities lending loans, returns, recalls, restructures, and related activity; resolve exceptions promptly.
• Serve as primary operational point of contact for traders, brokers, custodians, and internal operations across the loan lifecycle.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks related to settlement fails, recalls, and corporate actions; support collateral activity.
• Analyze activity and metrics to support management reporting and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technology and operations to automate processes and strengthen the control environment.
