Job summary

Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a Sr. Analyst- Sales Supply Chain in Springdale, AR (Hybrid – 3 days in office). The role focuses on building forecasts, coordinating with Walmart Replenishment Teams, and analyzing inventory and performance metrics to optimize supply chain outcomes.

You will leverage systems like SAP and Power BI to generate insights, lead weekly meetings, and drive improvements in inventory, fill rate, and order execution with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance or related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant business experience in Sales, Supply Chain, Replenishment, Demand Planning, Customer Analytics or related fields.
• Experience supporting a major retailer (preferably Walmart).
• Advanced proficiency in Scintilla, SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visual tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Walmart Replenishment Managers and Merchants to maximize supply chain activities.
• Leverage metrics to build accurate monthly customer forecasts at item level.
• Maintain standard reports to track key business objectives (Instock %, Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy, etc.).
• Identify opportunities to improve business with Walmart Replenishment Teams.
• Analyze DC/store level inventory and customer forecasts to meet Instock & OTIF objectives.
• Utilize customer systems to generate improved supplier performance and supply chain insights.
• Identify opportunities using internal/external data to drive solutions and improvements.
• Work with Operations and Credit to investigate and clear customer deductions and fines.
• Attend and lead weekly Walmart Replenishment meetings.
• Monitor & execute modular launches with Walmart DC splits & STOs.
• Collaborate with DC teams on Walmart secondary packaging standards and carrier issues.
