Job summary

Rust-Oleum US is seeking a Sr. Analyst- Sales Supply Chain in Springdale, AR. Hybrid role with 3 days in the office, focusing on Walmart replenishment, demand planning, and inventory management to optimize OTIF.

You will build item-level forecasts, monitor KPI like In-Stock and Fill Rate, and drive improvements using SAP, Scintilla, Power BI, and Excel. A Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance or related field.
• Experience in Sales, Supply Chain, Replenishment, Demand Planning or Customer Analytics.
• Experience with a major retailer (preferably Walmart).
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel; familiarity with BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with Walmart Replenishment Managers and Merchants for strategic plans.
• Build monthly forecasts at item level using key metrics (Instock, Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy).
• Maintain standard reports to track business objectives and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve replenishment and OTIF performance.
