Sabre is seeking a Sr. Manager, Airline Sales Operations to join our global Airline Sales team, driving actionable insights, streamlined processes and clear visibility across the sales cycle. You will lead planning, reporting and execution to accelerate growth for airline partners.

You will direct sales planning, performance reporting and operational execution, streamline CRM governance, and influence cross-functional decisions using analytics and AI-powered tools.

Qualifikationen

8+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
Experience in travel technology, SaaS, or airline IT.
Strong CRM governance and data-driven decision making.
Ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Aufgaben

Lead commercial planning operations including pipeline forecasting, quota allocation, territory design and sales performance tracking.
Strengthen CRM discipline and reporting governance to provide accurate data and visibility.
Partner with sales leadership, finance and product teams to align commercial strategy with execution.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that accelerate deal execution and onboarding.
Leverage AI-assisted tools and automation to optimize forecasting and reporting.
