Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of work experience.
• At least 1–2 years experience in compliance research, legal, or marketing work.
• Track record of results across multiple channels and strategies.
• Relationship builder with confident communication and ability to influence business leaders.
• Operational knowledge of key metrics, risk, management and compliance.
• Analytical thinker who moves from big picture to detail to draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Manage ethical risk analysis for market-facing colleagues and ensure responsive business processes.
• Collaborate with partners such as Global Field Effectiveness, LOBCO, GCO, and Sales Management/AD.
• Support implementation of the U.S. business practices program to improve sales practices and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote a culture of winning and innovation.
