Responsibilities

• Support major operational risk programs (NPA, TLM, RCM, etc.) for regional business managers.
• Monitor risks, issues and changes (RIC) and liaise with governance committees.
• Analyze operational risk management metrics and develop action plans.
• Assist with preparation and organization of presentations and governance meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve OE processes and reduce unnecessary activities.
