American Express Company is seeking a Director, Compliance Officer for U.S. Credit & Fraud Risk to lead a CFR team and provide independent compliance oversight across the CFR U.S. operations.

Formación

• Essential regulatory knowledge of U.S. credit laws and regulations including UDAAP, Reg E, Reg B, FCRA, FDCPA, TILA/Reg Z, Reg V, privacy and AI regulations.
• Ability to research, assess and determine regulatory impact to business systems and initiatives.
• Strong collaboration, project management, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CFR's U.S. Compliance Program including CRA and RCIM, providing independent oversight and challenge.
• Engage CFR stakeholders on compliance and regulatory requirements for credit, fraud, and marketing models including AI.
• Oversee risk indicators, RBST, and issue management; drive regulatory examinations and audits as required.
• Develop talent, foster collaboration, and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
