Job summary

Verizon seeks a Senior Manager of Analyst Relations to lead the AR strategy for the AI Connect portfolio and shape market narratives. You will connect engineering milestones with market perception, driving top-tier evaluations and influential analyst advocacy.

You will translate technical progress into strategic insights for Product Management, Sales, and Leadership, while mentoring executives for high-impact briefings and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, or Strategic Communications within hyperscale cloud, enterprise tech, or telecom.
• Experience supporting enterprise positioning in Gartner MQs, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking, AI/ML infra, edge computing, or hybrid cloud ecosystems.
• Experience advising C-suite and VP-level executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute the global AR strategy for Verizon’s AI Connect portfolio, establishing dominant positioning with key influencers at major and boutique research firms.
• Build trust-based, long-term relationships with top-tier analysts, converting evaluators into advocates for Verizon’s strategy.
• Lead end-to-end strategy for tier-one evaluations, converting milestones into category leadership.
• Contextualize analyst feedback and market trends into actionable insights for Product Management, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Executives to integrate analyst endorsements into high-stakes customer deals.
• Coach executives for analyst briefings, inquiries, and summits to ensure consistent and strategic narratives.
