Responsibilities

Job Summary:

As a Sr Analyst within the Pricing & Contracting group, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and execution of pricing and contracting activities. You will partner with management to review strategy and carry out the associated action items for the business. You will ensure maintenance of process and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) and Corporate Account Directors (CADs) to deliver modeling, comprehensive contract management, and decision support to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
• Support large-scale national Requests for Proposals (RFPs) across the Cordis portfolio, including financial modeling/analytics and assisting in RFP responses.
• Monitor compliance to corporate or national account purchasing contracts, analyze proposed contracts and pricing alternatives.
• Track and evaluate expiring contracts to recommend price modifications or extensions; ensure pricing accuracy throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide quarterly and ad hoc analysis on price drivers, trends, and market insights, translating findings into actionable strategies.
• Analyze and monitor pricing performance to refine strategies for growth and portfolio impact mitigation.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, legal, finance, and marketing to ensure effective workflow and process execution throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Support implementation of best practices, processes, and tools to maximize sales support, quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
• Collaborate with team members and contract consultants to meet team goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Requirements, Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, sales operations, or related field, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Ability to travel domestically, estimated at 10%.
