Description & Requirements Maximus is seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing.

The successful candidate must have Federal Finance / Federal Pricing experience and knowledge of relevant corporate and government regulations and standards. This is a remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Deliver pricing aspects of proposal submissions in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
2. Perform RFP analysis, including preparing clarifying questions related to pricing.
3. Develop cost models and prepare cost estimates for all major contract types.
4. Collaborate with technical and capture teams to determine, collect, and verify cost input requirements.
5. Analyze RFPs to identify operational and financial risks.
6. Maintain competitive data and produce Price to Win (PTW) estimates.
7. Finalize accounting treatments for revenue and costs to estimate free cash flow, operating income, and net present value.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform RFP analysis and prepare clarifying questions related to pricing.
2. Validate pricing inputs from various divisions.
3. Compile consolidated pricing based on received inputs.
4. Develop cost models and estimates for complex proposals.
5. Identify risks in RFPs and recommend mitigation strategies.
6. Maintain competitive data and produce PTW estimates with the team.
7. Lead Pricing Strategy discussions.
8. Present key pricing highlights, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership.
9. Assemble inputs for Federal Price / Business Volume documentation.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of cost estimating principles and practices.
• Willingness to build experience in pricing and review RFPs.
• Ability to conduct detailed analysis and present findings at a high level.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards regarding Federal procurement.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in managing multiple tasks independently or in teams.
