Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in an analytical/technical/commercial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a numerate field or equivalent experience in data/business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau; Databricks preferred.
• Strong Excel-based modeling and analytical skills; statistical methods a plus.
• Track record transforming data into actionable insights and presentations.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in real-money gaming or prediction markets preferred.
• Interest in sports & technology and ability to learn the industry quickly.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts across customer acquisition and engagement.
• Develop standardized reporting and monitor daily performance of FanDuel Predicts.
• Perform custom analyses and experiments to uncover insights.
• Analyze and improve processes across Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, and Customer Operations.
• Analyze and report on promotions and marketing tactics.
• Become an expert on FanDuel Predicts end-to-end customer experience and identify improvement opportunities.
