Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of healthcare admin/strategic/financial planning experience.
• Knowledge of billing information and revenue cycle.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Extensive knowledge of HIPAA Standards and Policies.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting needs and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational guidance to Physician and Administrative Leadership responsible for growth and access of the NYP Medical Groups.
• Perform financial planning analyses to support physician recruitment.
• Develop business intelligence reporting across productivity, access and physician practice KPIs delivering insights to guide senior administration decisions.
• Develop comprehensive business plans across all specialties for the NYP Medical Group.
• Work with operations and clinical leads to execute strategic initiatives to drive performance improvement and growth.
