Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst in Physician Services to join its world-class academic health system in New York City. The role supports the regional physician network, provides strategic and operational guidance to leadership, and conducts financial planning and BI reporting to improve growth and access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years healthcare administration/strategic planning/financial planning/management consulting experience required.
• Knowledge of billing information and revenue cycle.
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Extensive knowledge of HIPAA standards and policies.
• Ability to prioritise conflicting needs and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial planning analysis to support physician recruitment.
• Deliver BI reporting across productivity, access and physician KPIs.
• Develop comprehensive business plans for the NYP Medical Group and drive growth.
