Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration/related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and billing information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• HIPAA knowledge and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategic financial planning analysis to support physician recruitment and growth.
• Develop and deliver BI reporting across productivity, access, and physician practice KPIs.
• Create comprehensive business plans across specialties for the NYP Medical Group.
• Collaborate with operations and clinical leads to drive performance improvement.
