Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a data analytics professional to retrieve, synthesize, and present critical data to answer questions and improve system performance. You will optimize hospital site-selection processes by integrating predictive models, organizing KPIs, and developing advanced scorecards.

The role covers end-to-end hospital expansion management, supporting business development with data-driven insights during sourcing and integration, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in statistics or related analytics field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in business analytics.
• Proficient with SQL, with experience in Snowflake.
• Python or R strongly preferred with BI tools for data visualization.
• Able to explain and present advanced analytical methodologies and results to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail experience is a strong plus.
• Self-driven with ability to handle ambiguity and deliver results.
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Optimize hospital site-selection processes by integrating external predictive models, organizing KPIs, and developing advanced scorecards
• Manage hospital expansion end to end, including site selection, list management, and senior-level readouts
• Support business development with data-driven insights during sourcing, diligence, and integration

• Collaborate with Pet Services, eCommerce, store business teams, and internal departments

• Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics or related business analytics discipline
• 3-5 years’ experience in business analytics
• Proficient with SQL, with experience in Snowflake
• Proficiency with multiple analytics tools; Python or R strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with BI tools for data visualization
• Ability to explain and present advanced analytical methodologies and results to non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent quantitative modeling, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Sophisticated user of statistical tools
• Related experience in a retail organization is a strong plus
• Must be self-driven, passionate about retail, and customer centric
• Demonstrable track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
