Job summary

Hearts & Science in Dallas seeks a Senior Analyst in Data and Analytics to perform hands-on analysis, manage small projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will extract insights from data, develop dashboards in Tableau, and help tell compelling data stories for campaigns.

The role partners with Strategy and Investment on budgets and media plan optimization. You’ll present reports to clients during regular calls and ensure data QA in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in integrated marketing related to media and customer journey development.
• Ability to extract actionable insights from high-volume data to inform decisions.
• Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution.
• Stellar communication skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Executing the measurement plan.
• Production of campaign reports and analysis to measurement plans.
• Development of dashboards in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Ongoing data QA to ensure data used for reporting and analysis is accurate.
• Development of observations and actionable insights around campaign results.
• Data storytelling of results and analyses in presentation decks/slides.
• Presenting reports and proposals to clients during monthly and weekly calls.
• Partner with Strategy and Investment on budget setting, media plan development, and optimization.
• Keep abreast of industry trends through training.
• Project-manage key monthly deliverables with junior offshore teams.
