Best Buy is seeking a Senior Analyst, Labor Planning & Deployment Scheduling, to coordinate labor resources for store initiatives across teams. You will partner with construction, merchandising, retail operations, and deployment to ensure timely resources and smooth execution.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site work Monday through Thursday at the Richfield, MN corporate office, with the option to work from home or another location on Friday. Strong analytics and Excel skills are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, workforce planning, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage labor and deployment schedules for store initiatives and projects.
• Analyze labor demand, capacity, and project timelines to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure deployment readiness.
• Monitor project execution and help resolve scheduling and deployment issues.
• Provide reporting and insights that support planning and decision-making.
• Help improve processes, tools, and forecasting accuracy across the team.
