Best Buy is seeking a Senior Analyst for Labor Planning & Deployment Scheduling, based in Richfield, MN. This hybrid role requires on-site work Monday–Thursday with optional remote work on Fridays, coordinating across construction, merchandising, retail operations, and deployment teams.

You will build labor and deployment schedules, analyze demand and timelines, partner with vendors, monitor execution, and provide actionable reports to improve forecasting accuracy.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, workforce planning, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage labor and deployment schedules for store initiatives and projects.
• Analyze labor demand, capacity, and project timelines to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure deployment readiness.
• Monitor project execution and help resolve scheduling and deployment issues.
• Provide reporting and insights that support planning and decision-making.
• Help improve processes, tools, and forecasting accuracy across the team.
