Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in an operational environment; retail, supply chain, industrial engineering, workforce management, analytics, or related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using data analysis techniques and tools to inform business decisions.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor messages for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve engineered labor standards and labor model inputs for assigned business areas.
• Forecast workload, inform labor planning decisions, and support store capacity management.
• Design, test, validate, and implement process improvements that drive productivity and improve experiences.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement through analysis and problem solving.
• Plan and participate in pilots, validations, and field tests to measure impact.
