Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Senior Analyst, Labor Planning & Deployment Scheduling, to coordinate labor resources for store initiatives across teams. You will partner with construction, merchandising, retail operations, and deployment to ensure timely resources and smooth execution.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site work Monday through Thursday at the Richfield, MN corporate office, with the option to work from home or another location on Friday. Strong analytics and Excel skills are essential.

Senior Analyst, Labor Planning & Deployment Scheduling

As a Senior Analyst, Labor Planning & Deployment Scheduling, you'll play a key role in helping major store projects come to life. You'll partner with teams across construction, merchandising, retail operations, and deployment to make sure the right resources are in the right place at the right time. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with data, and coordinating moving pieces to drive successful execution, this could be a great fit for you. You'll have the opportunity to influence large-scale initiatives that impact stores across the business.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do
