World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking an IT Analyst to support lead-to-order processes and provide ad-hoc reporting. You will create SQL queries, maintain PL/SQL objects, and work within relational databases. The role requires collaboration across Agile teams and ongoing learning to optimize business processes.

You will read multiple tech stacks (webmethods, SOACS, java, javascript) and contribute to design, testing, and documentation efforts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/IT or related field required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in a related field.
• Experience supporting lead-to-order processes and quoting tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply and promote WWT core values and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
• Contribute to the development of functional designs meeting business needs.
• Assist in development and implementation of functional solutions.
• Analyze existing systems to identify improvements and validate outcomes.
• Maintain documentation of designs, workflows, and requirements.
• Perform testing including functional, regression, and user acceptance tests.
• Mentor and collaborate with analysts and developers.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Engage in continuous learning of business and technical processes.
