World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Mid-Level IT Analyst to support the Internal IT team, helping build and integrate custom WWT applications and vendor systems. You will work closely with leadership and business teams to design, validate, and implement functional solutions grounded in Lead-to-Quote processes and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience with the lead-to-quote process and supporting tools for quotes.
• Proficient in creating SQL queries for troubleshooting, metrics, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Ability to read and maintain existing PL/SQL objects.
• Understanding of relational databases.
• Ability to read and understand other tech stacks (WebMethods, SOACS, Java, JavaScript).
• Strong functional knowledge of business strategies and processes.
• Innovative and self-directed with Agile mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Requirement gathering: document functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Functional design: develop designs meeting business requirements.
• Solution development: implement functional solutions per design.
• Analysis and validation: review systems for improvements.
• Documentation: maintain designs, workflows, and requirements.
• Testing: perform functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Mentorship and collaboration with analysts, developers, leadership, and business teams.
• Support and troubleshooting: address production issues and trends.
• Agile methodology: participate in sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retros.
• Learning and development: continuously learn WWT processes and technologies.
