Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an IT Mid-Level Analyst to support the build-out and integration of custom WWT applications and third-party systems. You will collaborate with leadership, architecture, product owners, and IT teams to deliver functional solutions that align with business goals.

The role emphasizes strong requirements gathering, design documentation, and hands-on testing within an Agile environment. Excellent communication and adaptability are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field (IT/CS/Engineering).
• At least 5 years progressive experience in a related field.
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM modules, APIs and JSON payloads; Postman usage.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL/PL/SQL and Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.
• Strong systems analysis, requirements gathering, and problem solving.
• Ability to drive process improvement and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting large IT initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability to changing technologies and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Apply and promote WWT core values and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
• Contribute to functional design specifications addressing business needs.
• Assist in developing and implementing functional solutions.
• Analyze existing systems to identify improvements and validate designs.
• Maintain comprehensive design documentation and workflows.
• Conduct functional, regression, and UAT testing; support issue resolution.
• Mentor associate analysts and share knowledge across teams.
• Provide guidance on production issues and proactive monitoring.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and continuous process improvement.
