Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst for its Internal IT team. You will define requirements with product management and engineering, shaping solutions through epics and user stories while collaborating across WWT and Softchoice to ensure customer-focused outcomes.

You will document business rules and data needs for quoting, ordering, pricing, and renewals, lead testing and UAT, and maintain a prioritized backlog to support on-time delivery in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related business analysis experience.
• Experience gathering requirements across two organizations to write actionable specifications.
• Experience with query languages and data analysis; familiarity with SQL, MongoDB querying, Amplitude, Splunk, and/or Figma is helpful.
• Systems analysis: ability to analyze IT systems, applications, and processes across two organizations.
• Requirements gathering: skill in gathering and translating business needs into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Translate product direction into clear, buildable requirements — epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders across WWT and Softchoice and reconcile them into a single plan.
• Document business rules, process flows, and data requirements for quoting, ordering, pricing, catalog, entitlements, and renewals.
• Represent the business in scope and prioritization discussions and explain constraints and tradeoffs.
• Analyze and document needs with a product owner, architect, and stakeholders from both organizations.
• Write and refine stories while working with development during the sprint and ensure alignment with customer impact.
• Lead design/technical discussions and evaluate approaches against business needs.
• Maintain the backlog with grooming, sequencing, and keeping requirements current.
• Write and execute test plans; lead UAT; validate releases end-to-end.
