Job summary

PGIM, part of Prudential Financial, is seeking a Senior Analyst for its North American Distribution team. You will partner with senior sales professionals to develop relationships, raise capital, and coordinate meetings and analyses across PGIM’s investment platform.

You will work with CRM systems and industry databases, prepare materials for client meetings, and help drive growth initiatives while collaborating with multiple internal teams to deliver accurate, approved materials.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in asset management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Office Suite).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms and investment databases such as eVestment, Preqin, or With Intelligence.
• Familiarity with institutional investor types, investment consultants, and the manager search process.
• FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 63, and NFA Series 3 (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related disciplines; all majors considered.
• Progress toward the CFA or CAIA designation is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and present information clearly to clients, colleagues, and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support senior sales professionals in covering territories and client segments; foster relationships and manage opportunities.
• Prepare for and attend prospect and client meetings; coordinate logistics and draft notes.
• Collaborate with sales and investment teams to identify prospects and prepare analyses.
• Respond to client and consultant inquiries and data requests.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis on institutional investors and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data and contribute to pipeline and reporting.
• Utilize Salesforce, eVestment, Preqin and other databases to support sales activities.
• Coordinate across Portfolio Management, Marketing, Compliance, and other teams to deliver approved materials.
