Job summary

Prudential Financial, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst on the North American Distribution team to partner with senior sales professionals, support relationship building, and raise capital across PGIM’s investment platform.

You’ll interact with clients, consultants, and PGIM investment professionals while contributing to growth and strategic priorities. The role requires 2–3 years in asset management, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, CRM experience (Salesforce), and familiarity with institutional

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in asset management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, and investment databases such as eVestment, Preqin, or With Intelligence.
Familiarity with institutional investor types, investment consultants, and the manager search process.
FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 63, and NFA Series 3 (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics; all majors considered.
Progress toward the CFA or CAIA designation is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and present information clearly to clients, colleagues, and senior management.

Responsibilities

Support senior sales professionals in covering territories and client segments, fostering relationships and opportunities.
Prepare for and attend prospect and client meetings; draft meeting notes and follow-ups.
Partner with sales and investment teams to identify prospects and prepare analyses.
Respond to client, prospect, and consultant inquiries with data and strategy materials.
Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs with cross-functional teams.
Conduct research and competitive analysis on institutional investors and peers.
Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data; log notes, update opportunities, and track pipeline.
Leverage Salesforce, eVestment, Preqin, and With Intelligence to support sales efforts.
Coordinate across Portfolio Management, Marketing, Compliance to deliver approved materials.
Contribute to team initiatives focused on growth and process improvements.
