Job summary

Prudential Financial, Inc. seeks an Associate on the North American Distribution team to support senior sales professionals in developing relationships and raising capital across PGIM’s investment platform.

You will work with clients, consultants, and investment professionals to drive opportunities and deliver accurate materials. The role requires 3–5 years in asset management, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, CRM experience, and progress toward CFA/CAIA designation, with a base salary range

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in asset management.
• Familiarity with institutional investor types, investment consultants, and the manager search process.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the broader Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support senior sales professionals in covering territories and client segments, fostering relationships and advancing opportunities.
• Prepare for and attend prospect and client meetings, coordinate logistics, and draft meeting notes and follow‑ups.
• Partner with sales and investment teams to identify prospects and prepare analyses that position PGIM strategies.
