Job summary

One Park Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst to own and translate bank-transaction data into actionable credit decisions for small businesses. You will monitor portfolio health, identify early indicators of risk, and collaborate with Pricing and Credit to optimize approvals and pricing.

We embrace AI-forward analytics, building lightweight tools and self-serve intelligence for operations while communicating insights to executives and teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in data or credit analytics.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Fluency with bank-transaction / cash-flow data.
• Hands-on experience with Plaid.
• A credit-risk instinct for dual insights (approve vs. tighten).
• Experience building portfolio-monitoring metrics and dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling is a plus.
• Cloud data environments (AWS) a plus.
• Experience with fintech lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own merchant health read from bank-transaction data across applicants and funded merchants.
• Build and maintain health metrics, cohort views, and dashboards for monitoring.
• Identify leading indicators of loss and flag stress before it hits the portfolio.
• Define criteria with Pricing to enable faster approvals and renewals.
• Use declined applications as market signals to guide strategy.
• Surface pricing opportunities relative to cash-flow reality.
• Translate signals into actions with Pricing and Credit teams and measure results.
• Partner with Data Engineering to keep data clean and trustworthy.
• Develop lightweight AI-enabled tooling to scale analysis.
• Communicate findings clearly to non-technical and executive audiences.
