Job summary

One Park Financial seeks a Senior Data Scientist to join our Analytics team. This role focuses on building and pressure-testing AI/ML models to inform pricing, approvals, and growth, with rigorous validation before deployment.

You will own our production risk-based pricing engine end to end and partner with DevOps, Product, and Engineering to take models from notebook to production, while leading experiments and model governance.

Qualifications

• Strong statistical and ML modeling skills with production experience.
• Experience building/maintaining production ML services and dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python for data wrangling and modeling.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS) and ML governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and develop AI/ML models.
• Own end-to-end pricing and credit proposals with production-ready rigor.
• Lead A/B testing and experimental design with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and Engineering to deploy models to production.
