Job summary

One Park Financial in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Analyst to own data as an analytical asset, guiding approvals, pricing, and renewals for small-business lending. You will monitor portfolio health, identify insights from bank-transaction data, and work with Pricing and Credit to scale better offers.

The role emphasizes AI/LLM-assisted analysis and scalable tools. You will collaborate with Data Engineering, build dashboards, and communicate findings clearly to executives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in data or credit analytics, preferably in Financial Services, Lending, or Fintech.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; comfortable pulling large datasets and doing the real analysis in pandas/notebooks.
• Genuine fluency with bank-transaction / cash-flow data and understanding of what signals imply for lending decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Plaid and connected-account transaction feeds.

Responsibilities

• Own read on merchant financial health from bank-transaction data across applicants and funded merchants.
• Develop and maintain portfolio health metrics, cohort views, and early-warning dashboards.
• Identify leading indicators of loss and growth opportunities for auto-approval or proactive renewals.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Credit to translate signals into production rules.
• Surface pricing opportunities where mispricing exists and measure outcomes.
• Partner with Data Engineering to keep data pipelines clean and trustworthy.
• Build lightweight AI/LLM-assisted workflows for self-serve analytics.
