Job summary

One Park Financial is seeking a VP of Credit & Business Intelligence to lead Credit Policy, Analytics, and risk management for small business financing. Shape decisioning models, growth strategies, and reporting, guiding critical risk decisions with data-driven insights.

You will mentor the Analytics team, partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to productionize strategies, and leverage BI tools and external data sources to optimize the credit funnel and merchant experience.

Qualifications

8-10 years of credit and/or analytics experience in fintechs or credit institutions.
5+ years of leading teams (data science, analytics, risk policy).
Fluency in SQL and Python or R; experience with BI tools and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

Own Credit Policy & Analytics across the organization including origination, portfolio monitoring, and forecasting.
Lead development and validation of AI/ML models to expand small business access to finance.
Develop and maintain portfolio KPIs and analytics; identify risk and growth opportunities.
