Financial Operations
The Senior Analyst, Financial Operations plays a critical role in supporting payment acceptance, financial operations, and associated business initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring payment processing activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with established policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
The role serves as a key contributor to day-to-day financial operations, conducting detailed research, analysis, reconciliation, and issue resolution related to payment processing and financial transactions. The Senior Analyst partners across operations, technology, finance, and business teams to identify root causes, mitigate risks, and drive continuous process improvements.
In addition to operational responsibilities, this position supports strategic and large-scale initiatives, including system implementations, payment platform enhancements, and business transformation programs. The Senior Analyst contributes to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation activities, reporting, and data analysis to ensure successful program execution and operational readiness. Through a combination of analytical expertise and operational knowledge, this role helps strengthen payments processes, controls, reporting capabilities, and overall financial performance.
Experience in Financial Operations, Payments Operations, or Payment Processing
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, or operational readiness activities for large-scale programs or system implementations
Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation within accounting, payments, financial services, or related environments
Ability to investigate and resolve payment, processing, and operational issues through detailed analysis and root-cause identification
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally with business, finance, technology, and operations stakeholders
Experience within the payments, banking, fintech, or financial services industry
Knowledge of payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, and financial controls
Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or system enhancement initiatives
Advanced proficiency with reporting and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar)
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.88/hour - $54.50/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
