Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Operations on a contract basis in Miami, FL. This hybrid role supports payment acceptance, financial operations, and adherence to policies, controls, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate processing.

You will conduct detailed research, reconciliation, and issue resolution for payment processing; collaborate with operations, technology, and finance to identify root causes and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Operations, Payments Operations, or Payment Processing
• Experience supporting UAT, validation, or operational readiness activities for large-scale programs or system implementations
• Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation within accounting, payments, financial services, or related environments
• Ability to investigate and resolve payment, processing, and operational issues through detailed analysis and root-cause identification
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with business, finance, technology, and operations stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support payment acceptance, financial operations, and associated initiatives.
• Conduct detailed research, reconciliation, and issue resolution related to payments.
• Partner with operations, technology, finance, and business teams to drive improvements.
