Job summary

DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Sr. Manager, Reports/Analysis/Prod to be based in Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, or West Chester, PA. The role leads standardized and ad-hoc reporting for Invoice to Cash and partners with Finance, Supply Chain, IT to ensure data accuracy and timely insights.

You will drive data-driven decision making, influence enterprise outcomes during a major transformation, and coach a team of analysts to deliver actionable intelligence for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA/MS preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive reporting, analytics, finance operations with leadership.
• Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (BI platforms, Excel, enterprise systems).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad-hoc reporting and analytics for I2C and related processes.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and executive-ready dashboards for strategic decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT to align data definitions and metrics.
• Oversee production reporting to ensure data accuracy and timeliness across geographies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in I2C metrics.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support system enhancements,automation, and analytics transformation with digital teams.
