Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 7+ years of business analysis experience for CRM, customer experience, sales, marketing or digital transformation.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, business process design, and enterprise app implementations (CRM, engagement solutions, marketing automation, reporting).

Responsabilités

• Lead global requirements gathering, business process analysis, and future-state design for CRM and Marketing Automation initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial Sales, Marketing, and IT stakeholders to define capabilities, journeys, roadmaps, and KPI requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and design reviews to support global templates, standardization, and alignment.
• Analyze sales, customer, marketing, and operational data to identify trends and value drivers for strategic decisions.
• Evaluate CRM, customer experience, marketing automation, and analytics platforms; identify gaps and recommended actions.
• Define and document business requirements, user stories, flows, data integrations, and success criteria; support testing and deployment readiness.
