Job summary

XFactor Talent in Detroit seeks an accomplished analytics and business development leader to drive revenue in the auto/manufacturing sector. You will shape strategic client accounts, create development plans, and spearhead hunting and farming activities across multiple clients in data science, engineering and reporting.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of analytics or consulting experience in auto/manufacturing.
• Executive presence with ability to influence VP/CXO levels in analytics/tech sales.
• Strong PM, roadmapping, collaboration and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to build internal/external networks.
• Technical degree with strong analytics/ML/IT/AI delivery knowledge.
• Experience with US or Indian Big 4 consulting/delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic client relationships to grow the business in auto/manufacturing sectors.
• Create and maintain account development plans for multiple accounts.
• Lead data science, engineering, and reporting engagements; hunt for new opportunities.
• Penetrate market segments to drive new revenue through customer acquisition and adoption.
• Drive analytics adoption for customer success and show client success stories.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop innovative analytics assets (Gen AI/Agentic AI).
• Organize marketing events to build the LatentView brand.
