Job summary

Ball Corporation in Westminster, CO is looking for a Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations (NCA) to drive reporting, data governance, and dashboards that empower the commercial team. You will own the Pipeline Health Dashboard in Power BI and lead end-to-end process improvements across commercial operations, enabling faster, data-driven decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis, reporting, process documentation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Delivers end-to-end process improvement initiatives across NCA Commercial Operations, focusing on automation and reducing manual effort.
• Builds and maintains the Pipeline Health Dashboard in Power BI, partnering with IT on transition and ownership.
• Develops and owns processes that improve sales account management and customer experience.
• Evolves the monthly Commercial KPI Dashboard for better decision-making; coordinates reporting enhancements and metric alignment.
• Synthesizes weekly Commercial Outlook into actionable executive insights.
• Aggregates data from cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic planning cycles (AOP, Strategy Solves).
• Maintains Commercial Committee documentation and end-to-end NCA deal process design.
• Supports data analysis for Profit+ and identifies opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
