Job summary

AXIS Capital, a global insurer, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operational Readiness within the Claims Shared Services team in the New Jersey/New York area. You will ensure readiness for new tech, processes, and vendor changes, coordinating with Product Owners and technology teams to enable smooth go-live and BAU transition.

The role focuses on readiness, cutover, adoption, hypercare and stabilization, plus training and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, operational readiness, project coordination or change management.
• Experience supporting implementation, technology deployment or BAU handoff in operational settings.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness assessments and sign-off processes for changes.
• Develop readiness frameworks, checklists and go-live criteria.
• Coordinate cutover planning and handoffs to BAU.
• Ensure adoption, training and post-deployment review activities.
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Monitor stabilization, issue tracking and continuous improvement actions.
