Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operational Readiness to join the Global Claims Shared Services team. The role drives readiness for new processes and technology, coordinating cutover, adoption, and transition to BAU while partnering with Product Owners, vendors and leadership.

Responsibilities include readiness sign‑offs, training delivery, documentation creation, hypercare, and post‑go-live stabilization. Travel may be involved as projects advance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, operational readiness, project coordination, change management, claims operations or process improvement.
• Experience supporting implementation, technology deployment, operational change, business transformation or BAU handoff activities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; familiarity with project management or process improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness assessments and sign‑off processes for approved changes.
• Develop readiness frameworks, checklists and go‑live criteria.
• Coordinate business cutover planning and handoffs, with clear ownership and success criteria.
• Support training delivery and measure user adoption prior to go‑live.
• Maintain process maps, SOPs and knowledge repositories for successful go‑live and BAU.
• Lead hypercare activities and monitor stabilization and issue resolution.
