Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners seeks a Senior Analyst – Development and Investment to support evaluating, structuring, and monitoring ASC investments, developments, and partnerships. You will build complex financial models, analyze ownership structures, and prepare materials for senior leadership.

You will collaborate across Development, Operations, Finance, and external advisors to drive portfolio growth, diligence, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4–5 years in M&A corporate development, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting fundamentals, and valuation.
• Proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including senior stakeholder presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; PowerPoint and Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for development, acquisitions, and investments.
• Analyze financing, ownership, and distribution structures and their impact on returns.
• Assess financial and operational impact of potential transactions.
• Support due diligence, deal structuring, and closing activities.
• Prepare valuation, forecasting, and presentation materials.
• Participate in diligence meetings and management presentations.
• Improve deal management tools and reporting processes.
• Identify trends and opportunities using advanced modeling.
• Communicate analyses clearly to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, physicians, and banks.
